Shipping Policy

Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production starts at approval, not at first enquiry. Foil and emboss orders add a day or two for the die on a first run only; reorders from a die we already hold do not.

Express turnaround

Weddings, galas and openings work to fixed dates, so tell us the date when you request the quote. We confirm in writing whether it is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Napkins ship by the case and larger orders ship palletised. Tissue is bulky for its weight, so freight is a real component of the cost — ask about consolidating a multi-site order into one delivery. Tracking is sent as soon as the shipment leaves.

Storing what you receive

Keep cases sealed, off the floor and away from damp. Tissue takes up humidity, and a case left open in a warm kitchen store will soften and lose its fold.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a pallet arrives damaged, send photos and we open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion.
