What is the minimum order?

Our minimum is just 12 units, with bulk pricing tiers that drop as quantities grow. One restaurant, one wedding or one function is a completely normal order here.

How long does an order take?

Your free mockup arrives within 24 hours, and finished napkins ship in about 2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping).

Where exactly does my logo go?

On the panel that faces up once the napkin is 1/8 folded, which is about an eighth of the flat sheet. Artwork centred on the flat sheet disappears into the fold — we set it to the visible panel and prove it on a folded mockup, never a flat one.

What is the difference between tissue and airlaid?

Tissue is pressed fibre; airlaid is bonded, which gives it the drape, weight and texture of laundered cloth. Guests routinely assume airlaid is real linen. It costs more per napkin and replaces a laundry contract.

Is 2-ply enough for dinner service?

For a bar, usually. For dinner, no. A 2-ply dinner napkin feels thin the first time a guest actually uses it, and that impression attaches to your venue rather than to the napkin. We supply 3-ply as standard.

Can you match my brand colours?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Spot colours are mixed to your reference rather than approximated, which is the only reliable way to hold an exact brand colour on tissue — process printing on an absorbent stock drifts.

Question 7

Is there a tooling cost?

Accepted Answer

Only for foil and emboss, which each need a die. The die is a one-off, we keep it on file, and reorders never pay for it twice. Printed napkins have no tooling cost at all.

Do I pay anything before I approve the design?

Accepted Answer

Nothing. Mockups and revisions are free and unlimited, and you only pay once the design is exactly what you want.
